Building Skills. Rebuilding Lives.
Bud’s Built Cabinetry was created to turn second chances into craftsmanship. As an extension of Bud’s Warehouse, our program provides hands-on training in cabinetry and woodworking for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration, homelessness, or addiction.
Participants learn everything from operating CNC machines to building cabinets by hand, developing valuable trade skills that lead to lasting employment and personal pride in their work.
Our Story
Bud’s Built Cabinetry grew out of Bud’s Warehouse, a social enterprise launched in 1994 by Belay Enterprises with a simple but powerful mission: to create jobs that rebuild lives. What began as a home-improvement thrift store, offering hope and employment, has expanded into a broader network of training programs and business ventures that empower individuals once considered “unemployable.”
A Future in the Trades
We believe trade apprenticeships are one of the most effective ways to help individuals rebuild their lives and achieve lasting job security. Bud’s Built Cabinetry represents an exciting first step toward a full apprenticeship program that will open even more doors for those we serve.
